Although expanding to new markets, Makro 5 Investicije cherishes a responsible attitude to the environment from which it sprang.

We are a keen supporter of all those activities that stimulate young people to participate in sports: they get in touch with nature and they learn how to adopt a responsible attitude towards environment. We sponsor a sailing crew and a basketball team in Koper.

Because our strongest business unit is in Ljubljana, the capital became own second home. Owing to our curiosity and constant search for new and better solutions, we channelled our financial capital in science. There are students from various faculties participating in our projects: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Faculty of architecture.

With minor donations we sponsor other sport associations and unions, and persons with special needs.
